The amendment of the Renewable Energy Sources Act introduces the obligation to ensure compliance with fire protection requirements for photovoltaic devices with an installed electrical capacity greater than 6.5 kW and agricultural biogas micro-installations. The Act directly refers to Article 6b of the Act of August 24, 1991, on fire protection.
