What can I get funding for in the My Energy 6.0 program?

The devices covered by the program are:

  • Photovoltaic installation – for photovoltaic installations with storage, the maximum power of funded installations is from 2-20 kWp, in the case of purchasing a PV installation alone, power is 2-10 kWp,
  • Energy storage,
  • Heat storage – with a minimum capacity of 20 dm3 .

Various devices eligible for photovoltaic micro-installation can be reported for funding. These include, among others: roof/ground micro-installations, balcony covers, carports, garage shelters, and similar constructions containing PV cells.

What is not eligible for funding?

In the 6th edition, heat pumps, solar collectors, and energy management systems HEMS/EMS have been excluded from the subsidy.
Projects involving increasing the power of an already existing photovoltaic micro-installation are also not eligible for subsidies – increasing power means both adding panels and connecting another photovoltaic micro-installation with a separate inverter to a single Energy Consumption Point (PPE). Heat storage devices that do not contribute to increased self-consumption of electrical energy produced by the photovoltaic micro-installation – for example, domestic hot water tanks and/or heat buffers powered by a solid fuel boiler, gas boiler.

How much funding can I receive?

The maximum grant amount is 28 thousand zloty.

  • Photovoltaic installation 7 thousand zloty
  • Energy storage 16 thousand zloty
  • Heat storage 5 thousand zloty

What are the requirements regarding photovoltaic installation?

PV installations with power are eligible for funding:

  • from 2-10 kWp reported by July 31, 2024,
  • from 2-20 kWp reported from August 1, 2024 (with mandatory energy/heat storage),

serving the needs of existing residential buildings. The investment cannot be an extension of an already existing installation. Devices must be installed as new, manufactured within 24 months prior to installation. The installation should be completed and connected to the power grid (you have a bi-directional meter).

What is the eligibility period for costs?

Funding is intended for completed investments, purchased after January 1, 2021, settled in the net-billing system. The completion of the project is understood as the connection of the micro-installation and all other devices indicated in the funding application. The completion date of the project is the date of launch of the last device or the date of payment of the last invoice or named receipt, whichever is later.

How can I check the status of my application?

You can check the application status by calling the NFOŚiGW hotline: 22-45-90-800 or by contacting via email. An online search engine has been launched on the official program website: https://mojprad.gov.pl/. To check the application, you need one of the following three pieces of information:

  • email address to which the application is linked,
  • your energy consumption point number (PPE) – a string of 16 digits preceded by the prefix 48 or PL, found on, for example, the current energy bill, in the comprehensive agreement, or in the distribution services contract,
  • application number (MP6/XXXXXX).
